a day in the life of...a sweetpea

Tuesday, October 14, 2008

Okay, so it's been forever since I've been here, I know.  My deepest apologies, however, I've been creating.  Just thought I'd show everyone what's kept me busy for so long.  I decided to make Lainey boo's fall wardrobe.  I was having trouble finding clothes that were super cute, or didn't want to pay that super cute price, I sent myself on a journey.  I know some of you have been waiting anxiously to see these.  All I have right now to post is the one outfit, but I'm working on her little jacket right now.  I'd love to hear some feedback, especially from all my sisters, you know your opinion matters to me.

Love,
Melissa

About Me

melissa crow
trying to find the words to describe yourself is a task not easily accomplished. What one would hope to write probably sounds like this: "I'm known for being a very Godly woman, always fun, always loyal, always there for you, always ready to lend a helping hand"...blah...blah....blah (in the words of my six year old daughter). Shouldn't we be able to write such things about ourselves? I'll tell you what happened...LIFE! Okay, so we do all strive to be those things, but let's face it, kids get sick so we have to cancel our plans, we get sick, we run out of time, we overbook and overcommit ourselves, we need quality time with our spouses, we need quality time with our kids, and so on and so forth. So as the days go by we should constantly remind ourselves what is truly important, and that is: Always make time for God and Always make time for the ones in your life who might not always be there! BTW: I think I'm known for my family values! :)
